Assistant Director

Job Description
  • Check mails to classify the requirement from customers and resolve spam mails, remind BD if the cases under their duty.
  • Schedule and prioritize meetings and work assignments for the Director.
  • Provide secretarial assistance to director in the daily work: filing, documentation, reply mails and faxes, claims…
  • Assist to prepare documents ( visa, bills …) for business trip of Director ( be trained if candidate does not have experience)
  • Coordinate with other Departments to follow and support Director
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Director
  • English fluency in 4 skills.
  • Email composing skill is a plus.
  • Super high attention to details.
  • Being proactive and responsible for tasks given.
  • Having Networking or Technical background is a big plus.
