HR Generalist

Job Description:

Recruitment activities (80%)

1) Developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, arranging and attending to the interviews;

2) Conduct Skype, telephone in-personal interviews to further explore skills, suitability for the position

  • Discuss with the candidates and show how it fits with their career.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools.
  • Develop network to hunt experienced candidates to meet the projects requirements and deadline.
  • Review, evaluate, maintain and recommend sources of candidates.
  • In charge of Employment Branding: participating in Job Fairs, IT related seminars, HR media, social networks, etc.

3) Search for new employees by posting job listings, attending career fairs and visiting colleges and universities, training center.

HR & Admin Assistant (20%)

  • Assisting to HR Supervisor with relevant issue with employee and maintaining employee records.
  • Counseling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally;
  • Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role;
  • Managing office as assigned by Local Managing Director
  • Other tasks if required

1) At least 6 months experience as Recruiter ( IT Recruiter is a big plus )
2) English fluently
3) Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, word, Power Points, Email…
4) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal , work under pressure .
