NCC engineer

Network Customer Care(NCC) Engineers are responsible for handling technical  requests & complaints via internal ticketing system, troubleshooting problems & escalating to the next level of support, working with documentation.


Ideal candidates should demonstrate:

  • Computer literacy.
  • Customer oriented approach targeting on client’s satisfaction.
  • Problem solving abilities, attention to details.
  • Experience in technical support / troubleshooting / documenting is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently / cooperate with the team.
  • Ability to work under pressure / multitask.
  • Permission to live and work in Vietnam
  • Fluent English, native English is a big plus, Vietnamese is not expected.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
