Network Customer Care(NCC) Engineers are responsible for handling technical requests & complaints via internal ticketing system, troubleshooting problems & escalating to the next level of support, working with documentation.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates should demonstrate:
- Computer literacy.
- Customer oriented approach targeting on client’s satisfaction.
- Problem solving abilities, attention to details.
- Experience in technical support / troubleshooting / documenting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently / cooperate with the team.
- Ability to work under pressure / multitask.
- Permission to live and work in Vietnam
- Fluent English, native English is a big plus, Vietnamese is not expected.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
