Operations Manager

The Employee’s position in the Company will be Operations Manager
and he/she shall be directly subordinated to the Board of the Company.
Reporting to: Resources Manager in IPTP Networks.

The duties of employee shall be the following:

  • Manage Operations and Projects schedule in a fair and effective way to cover 24/7 requests handling.
  • In times of urgency/emergency to be able acting as one of the Operations engineer/project manager.
  • Manage workload of global Operations team in cooperation with NCC and NOC department managers.
  • Manage task delegation in both Operations and Projects queues.
  • Monitor execution and progression of Client oriented and Internal projects on a timely manner.
  • Manage global Operation planning of remote works.
  • Maintain and improve global Operation and Project procedures to ensure smooth inter/intra department communication.
  • Ensure that quality of service and maintenance of documentation is up to the expected standard.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English.
  • Proven and effective leadership skills, excellent communication and escalation skills.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
  • Experience in field/data center works (Rack management, power distribution, fiber cross connections, hardware installation)
  • Experience in technical support / troubleshooting / documenting.
  • Ability to work under pressure / multitask.
  • Minimum 3 years experience
