{"id":8511,"date":"2019-04-25T14:39:06","date_gmt":"2019-04-25T11:39:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web-dev.iptp.com\/?page_id=8511"},"modified":"2019-09-24T09:55:48","modified_gmt":"2019-09-24T06:55:48","slug":"ops-manager","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.iptp.net\/es_ES\/careers\/ops-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Operations Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Employee&rsquo;s position in the Company will be Operations Manager<br>\nand he\/she shall be directly subordinated to the Board of the Company.<br>\nReporting to: Resources Manager in IPTP Networks.<\/p><p>The duties of employee shall be the following:<\/p><ul>\n<li>Manage Operations and Projects schedule in a fair and effective way to cover 24\/7 requests handling.<\/li>\n<li>In times of urgency\/emergency to be able acting as one of the Operations engineer\/project manager.<\/li>\n<li>Manage workload of global Operations team in cooperation with NCC and NOC department managers.<\/li>\n<li>Manage task delegation in both Operations and Projects queues.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor execution and progression of Client oriented and Internal projects on a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Manage global Operation planning of remote works.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and improve global Operation and Project procedures to ensure smooth inter\/intra department communication.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that quality of service and maintenance of documentation is up to the expected standard.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>Requirements:<\/p><ul>\n<li>Fluent English.<\/li>\n<li>Proven and effective leadership skills, excellent communication and escalation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in field\/data center works (Rack management, power distribution, fiber cross connections, hardware installation)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in technical support \/ troubleshooting \/ documenting.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure \/ multitask.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years experience<\/li>\n<\/ul><h6>Contact:<\/h6><p>You can send your resume to e-mail addresses on the <span class=\"email\">nv.ptpi@rh<\/span>.
