We’re hiring! IPTP Networks is seeking Administrative Assistant in Hong Kong<\/p>

Admin Assistant will be in charge of: <\/h5>

– General office administrative work and clerical support.
\n– Perform reception duties includes handling telephone calls, greeting and serving visitors.
\n– Assist in managing staff attendance, duty and leave record.<\/p>

– Diploma or above in business or;
\n– Related working experience as Administrative Assistant for 1-2 years.
\n– Computer literacy with English and Chinese typing
\n– Good command of written & verbal Cantonese, Mandarin and English
\n– Basic knowledge of ERP will be advantageous
\n– Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
\n– Responsible, attention to detail, self-motivated<\/p>
