{"id":15036,"date":"2019-12-03T12:50:13","date_gmt":"2019-12-03T09:50:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web-dev.iptp.com\/?page_id=15036"},"modified":"2023-08-07T07:37:12","modified_gmt":"2023-08-07T04:37:12","slug":"noc-ncc-supervisor","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.iptp.net\/zh_HK\/careers\/noc-ncc-supervisor\/","title":{"rendered":"NOC\/NCC Supervisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Employee&rsquo;s position in the Company will be NCC Supervisor and he shall be directly subordinated to the Board of the Company Reporting to: Resources Manager in IPTP Networks.<\/p><h5>1.The duties of employee shall be the following :<\/h5><ul>\n<li>Manage NCC schedule in a fair and effective way to cover 24\/7 monitoring schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that quality of monitoring and maintenance of documentation is up to the expected standard.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure sufficient local team training.<\/li>\n<li>In times of urgency\/emergency to be able to act as one of the NCC\/NOC\/OPS-VN members, to ensure stability.<\/li>\n<li>Manage workload of local technical team in cooperation with NCCM<\/li>\n<li>Maintain local team cooperation together with the local office manager<\/li>\n<li>\n<\/ul><h5>2.Requirements:<\/h5><ul>\n<li>Fluent English.<\/li>\n<li>Customer orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Proven and effective leadership skills, excellent communication and escalation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Good practical knowledge in Linux \/ Windows \/ Networking (CCNA).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in technical support \/ troubleshooting \/ documenting.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure \/ multitask.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul><hr><h6>Contact<\/h6><p>You can send your resume to our e-mail address&nbsp;<a><span class=\"sp-user\">hr<\/span><span class=\"sp-domain\">iptp.vn<\/span><\/a>.
