Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibility:

The primary focus is on purchasing and warehouse daily operation as well as global works with coordination our business-related site, including but not limited to the following:
• Handle daily purchasing activities, escalate shortage issues, focusing on supplier performance in pricing, agility, supply assurance flexibility etc.
• Inbound shipments handling: receive goods, inspect, book in internal, system, stock to locations;
• Outbound shipments handling: pick and consolidate the order as per request, pack in accordance with the safety terms, arrange to pick up, adjust the internal system accordingly;
• In-house SKU movements handling;
• Intercompany movements handling: move goods as per request, adjust the information on internal system accordingly;
• RMA requests handling. Contacting suppliers for RMA, ship/receive goods in accordance with RMA procedure;
• Perform regular stock count and system adjustment;
• Keep current stock in organized order;
• Liaising with TID office in regards to import/export documentation;
• Other relevant ad hoc matters.

Requirement:

– DSE/Form 5 level or above, with a logistic related certificate will be advantageous;
– Related working experience in Telecom / IT company will be advantageous;
– Related working experience in distributors/suppliers in computer parts / electronic devices will be advantageous;
– 2 years or above related working experience will be advantageous;
– Experience in purchasing telecom equipment / electronic devices;
– Experience in handling inbound and outbound shipment;
– Knowledge of warehouse management, customs registration and licensing legislation is preferred;
– Attention to detail and tidiness;
– Good command of written & spoken in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a MUST
– Punctual, responsible, well-organized, polite
– Helpful, flexible and willing to support colleagues whenever needed
