We’re hiring! IPTP Networks is seeking Administrative Assistant in Hong Kong

Admin Assistant will be in charge of:

– General office administrative work and clerical support.
– Perform reception duties includes handling telephone calls, greeting and serving visitors.
– Assist in managing staff attendance, duty and leave record.

Apply now if you have:

– Diploma or above in business or;
– Related working experience as Administrative Assistant for 1-2 years.
– Computer literacy with English and Chinese typing
– Good command of written & verbal Cantonese, Mandarin and English
– Basic knowledge of ERP will be advantageous
– Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
– Responsible, attention to detail, self-motivated
