Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

– Handling requests & complaints via Live Assistant, internal ticketing system and over the phone.
– Appointing customers to IPTP Networks’ resources in appropriate cases.
– Perform initial troubleshooting of the problems.
– Follow up on customer requests and/or technical support cases
– Escalating to next level of support or appropriate department.
– Ensure proper tracking and following up of all cases until their resolution.
– Other relevant ad hoc matters.

Requirements:

– Customer orientation.
– Problem solving abilities, attention to details.
– Ability to work independently / cooperate with the team.
– Ability to work under pressure / multitask.
– Permission to live and work in Vietnam.
– Fluent Vietnamese and English.
– Minimum 3 months of experience for Junior
