The Employee’s position in the Company will be NCC Supervisor and he shall be directly subordinated to the Board of the Company Reporting to: Resources Manager in IPTP Networks.
1.The duties of employee shall be the following :
- Manage NCC schedule in a fair and effective way to cover 24/7 monitoring schedule.
- Ensure that quality of monitoring and maintenance of documentation is up to the expected standard.
- Ensure sufficient local team training.
- In times of urgency/emergency to be able to act as one of the NCC/NOC/OPS-VN members, to ensure stability.
- Manage workload of local technical team in cooperation with NCCM
- Maintain local team cooperation together with the local office manager
2.Requirements:
- Fluent English.
- Customer orientation.
- Proven and effective leadership skills, excellent communication and escalation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
- Good practical knowledge in Linux / Windows / Networking (CCNA).
- Experience in technical support / troubleshooting / documenting.
- Ability to work under pressure / multitask.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
